Excellent hotel with great amenities. Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to assist in every way. The room was well appointed and clean. We highly recommend it.

Rooms were really big! Especially as people say rooms in Japan are small. Our room was massive. Nice hotel good friendly staff. Massive hotel though so if you’re looking for a personal touch this isn’t the hotel for you but everyone we came across was really friendly. Only thing is they don’t change your sheets regularly unless you ask

The hotel was perfectly located. Quiet and safe and a good place to rest your head after seeing Tokyo. Train is near and Shinjuku station is close as well. Lots of food option near the hotel.

Housekeeping was excellent. I really appreciate how clean the room was kept. Every staff member we required assistance from was professional and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and polite, making my stay a very good one. The english speaking staff were able to help me with my queries and could accommodate storing my luggage before my check in time.

The hotel is in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo but off the beaten path so the area was quiet and felt very safe. The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants and amenities. The walk to the Shinjuku Train Station is very nice since the tunnel opens up right at the hotel. The concierge staff were very helpful as well.

Hotel was about 5 mins walk to shinjuku station (if you get the right exit, took me a while to find the hotel when I first arrived). Area was in the quiet area of Shinjuku but easily accessible to convenience stores, food, shopping, drug stores etc. Do check out the Shinjuku part which has a hugee play area if you have children. Room was very big and spacious. Loved it. Staffs were polite and fluent in English. There is the Airport Limo pickup/drop off at the hotel, if timing is too early, there is a pickup at Shinjuku Bus terminal too, very convenient. From Hotel to Narita airport is less than 90 mins.

The hotel property and the rooms were very clean. Daily room cleaning provided slippers, replenished complimentary glass water bottles and toiletries where as hotels I have stayed at only provided once per stay. A little secret that most people aren't away of, they have a subway station (Tochomae Station) right underneath their property & you can exit through their 2nd floor, as their 3rd floor is where their main entrance is located. At this level they have a great convenience store which includes drinks & food like the popular Japanese Seven Eleven stores with a great selection of souvenirs with reasonable pricing ( Godzilla, Hello Kitty) The 2 best features are that the Japan Limousine Bus stops at their hotel ( $39 price er adult includes 2 pieces of luggage & kids are $19 and include 2 pieces luggage) You must purchase your bus tickets through the Japan Limousine Bus on their website and choose the area of Shinjuku ( the ride is one an half an hour so it beats taking the train with your luggage) but double check if the bus is running based on your arrival time and you can see Keio Hotel as an option) Only Keio hotel offers a complimentary private bus to Tokyo Disney Land and Disney Sea which is only available to Keio Hotel Guests ( pre-book in advance after you reserve your Disney Tickets) Their pool is only open during the summer so check with them in advance. The staff are diverse, so many international team members who can speak English.

By mistake I chose a smoking room since this is no common I did not pay attention to this important detail. Expedia should alert that you are booking a smoking room so you can change your selection before finish your booking. O asked for change and they give me a room with 2 twins bed very small and uncomfortable. Nothing for VIP.

We had an older room. But it was clean. Our view was of Mount Fuji and the Metro Govt building, which entertained us every night with the most incredible light show I’ve ever seen.

Hotel looked good from outside. The rooms were sparsely decorated. Bed mattresses were too hard / stiff. Washroom counters were melamine / synthetic material. We requested 30 minutes extension in our checkout, which the front desk staff didn’t allow. I then talked to hotel manager and he said we can extend checkout by 30 minutes only if we pay them 11,500 yen more. This is the first time I ever came across such poor customer service in a 4 star hotel. We will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

There’s no room service, no decaffeinated coffee available in the rooms for a 5 star hotel, this not so good. You provide regular coffee and tea in the room but not decaf coffee. Some people cannot drink anything with caffeine especially those with a heart condition like myself. Where do the guests expect to go get decaf coffee early in the morning! Disappointing.
