"Had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was definitely a bit small but nothing unusual for Japan. The services available at the hotel such as laundry were mediocre. Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. Not impressed by the restaurant / room service options and the taxi service was a mess. Other than that the place was pleasant and comfortable. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Palace Hotel. Hotel location is great close to Tokyo train station and right next to the Palace gardens. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a view to the gardens. Service at the hotel is fantastic. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was really good. We enjoyed going swimming in the hotel pool in the morning. "

"Nice view of shinkansen trains coming and going from the room. The room is small but its clean and the hotel having a washer and dryer you can use. The location is also good as you are right at the Tokyo station so there is a lot of food you can the at the station and shopping, but the subway is there to go around the city."

"We had such a great stay at the Seinenkan Hotel. The staff was so sweet, always welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was very cozy and had a great view over Tokyo, and was very close to the Ginza Line train. Overall a very good experience :)"

"Arriving at noon my room was ready for me, but the reception wouldn't let me in, because the official check in-time is 3pm. They wanted 60 USD extra for "early check in", which I refused to pay. "We were fooled by the images. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s more a fancy hostel. We stayed in a compact room, but had no idea that it would be too small to open our suitcases. The rooms and hallways seems quite worn down. The only 4 star thing about this hotel is their coffee bar and restaurant. The staff and location was very nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again. Not at that price. The most expensive of four hotels we stayed at in Japan and by far the least comfortable. The price and value...

"Tilbage til dette hotel efter 5 år, og det er ligeså godt som jeg huskede det. De har en rigtig god restaurant i tilknytning til hotellet, lidt dyr men det er en stor oplevelse og den er alle pengene værd. Vi fik 9 retter og vin/sake menu, det var fantastisk. Der ligger i øvrigt en super god rammen bar lige i nærheden Yamakasa no Rya, den skal man bare prøve!"
