"My family and I stayed here to visit Michigan Tech, very Close by about 10 min. Very quiet location. The house was nice, clean and updated. It is in a great location close to anything near the Houghton or Hancock area. The house has a very nice big mud room when you first come in lots of hooks to hang things, spots for your shoes and a nice bench. Water pressure was excellent for showers, and one of the showers has a nice big rain head on it. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and...

"We felt right at home in this house. The key pad was fussy when we first arrived, and VRBO's app did not help us reach the host...not her fault. Maybe the host could message her cell to future guests for emergencies. The house was adorable. Think cabin-y if you go...a bit of a musty smell and some uneven floors...but definitely a solid value with the well-stocked full kitchen, functional living room seating, and extremely comfortable small queen IKEA bed.
