"Brand new property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians. Value for money hotel.
Only problem is that the food does not have ingredient content display in English, thus with staff knowing only Japanese, very difficult to just choose any food."
"Nice hotel with incredibly beautiful views. Clean, the staff was kind and the dinner/breakfast very nice. A bit impersonal though, as to be expected from such a big hotel. As a personal preference, smaller places are nice. But worth coming for a night for the views!"
"Amazing experience, Amazing service and staff, location is perfect with a view of Matsushima Bay, food was delicious. Would definitely come back again"
