"We loved staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car so they helped us get taxis as needed. We very much enjoyed the cooking class and the private chef’s dinner while there. You can easily walk to the beach from the property if you don’t mind a little hill. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the Pacific. We were fortunate to see quite a bit of whale activity while relaxing in the pool area. One last bonus was the interactions with the resident pets....

"Fred was great, contacted me ahead of time to ensure everything would be good. There was a booking snafu but he managed it on his end and everything was squared away for our trip. House was great-clean, near the beach and had beach items like chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. Would def book again! Los Cerritos town was so fun-right on the beach, good waves for swimming, great bar and restaurant evening scene. We tried a few taco places for dinner in all 3 local towns, all were good. We found Todos...

"Nothing can really compare to the tranquility of the property and its surroundings. We have stayed at some of the most incredible places around the world and this is truly on the top of the list. The house is beautiful, comfortable and extremely thought out. It takes a great deal of effort to try and enjoy every portion of the house and property. The beach is all yours. There is nobody around for what feels like miles. The town and its surroundings offer great food l, shopping and architecture....

"We were very happy with our stay here! Lou the property manager was very helpful when we had a mishap with our car and needed some help as well! The home is very cosy, kitchen was well equipped, even with coffee and cold beers in the fridge when we arrived. One thing that would elevate this place would be to add some furniture and a hammock or something to the very top balcony. But otherwise we loved it!. Especially as we were travelling with two toddlers, so it gave us a place to feel at home."

"We recently visited Mike’s place - 4 of us (best friend and our adult sons). Ted who was managing the property met us on the drive in and totally took care of us the entire time. Mike “hooked” us up with a friend of his and we had an incredible fishing experience (37 tuna) and then a chef (Sergio) who was amazing both as a chef and host. All around awesome time. Oh, and yes beautiful place right on the beach - tons of room. Love to come back ."

"Our whole family, 8 adults and 1 toddler met at Villa Rocas for Christmas holiday. We had the most relaxing and warm Christmas. The home is beautiful, full of light bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious. Grounds are lovely to explore, everything is so well kept.Lots of room for all. Pool and hot tub put to daily use.We loved exploring nearby towns and beaches. Sunsets and whale watching was a treat. Nigel, Livy and Oscar were just lovely and so helpful. "Kim's Hacienda is ideally located near restaurants and markets. It is a short walk to the beach to see whales and turtles. Kim has added incredible art and furniture to make this a special place to stay. She has provided everything you need to enjoy your vacation."
