With our family of 5 and 3 young kids, we could walk to everywhere in town (brewery, restaurants, coffee, shopping, playground, ice cream), plus we could run or walk to/around Bass Lake. "With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!"
