The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "Had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was definitely a bit small but nothing unusual for Japan. The services available at the hotel such as laundry were mediocre. Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. Not impressed by the restaurant / room service options and the taxi service was a mess. Other than that the place was pleasant and comfortable. "
