"Great place to relax, very spacious, two outdoor screened in rooms, large bedrooms and closets. Very clean and is pet friendly. We enjoyed our weekend to relax and visit nearby ATV Tours, jaunts to Starbucks, Door Dash late night snacks, fire pit S'mores making and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Perfect size home for a family of 3 and avid book readers. Plenty of books!"

"If you enjoy arriving at your rental and walking inside at check-in time, this place is not for you. We arrived at the guard station at arranged check-in time and told we were not on the guest list. The guard directed us to the HOA welcome center. After waiting in a long line there, we we were told this property is not approved for short-term rentals. We tried to contact the property manager, but no answer. So we got in line again and begged the HOA people to help us. They finally reached the...

"Booked this property for a long weekend with family. Everything was just as description and photos showed. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the boats the firewood and fire pit the hot tub and fireplace made up for it. We wanted a place to just get away and relax and this place really came through. Thanks Ivy and your team. Oh make sure you like deer because there all around. One little buck would come up on the deck and bang on the door. Not kidding."

"We had a great gate away…. The house very comfortable, cozy and beautiful … the game room has a lot of games my kids loved it. The owner was in touched with us all the time and to contact him if we needed him. The only thing is that there is $12 fee pp to use the pools I think that should be included with the stay but other than than is a great place to stay!!! "

"We were there families of friends coming together for a weekend to just be together. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The fireplace was delightful for a evening of games, talking and laughing. We highly recommend this house for a family or groups getting together to spend quality time together."
