"Loved many things about this place. Good location, very sweet staff, good bathroom and nice interior. However, there just were some things that make the stay less comfortable, like a squeaking and hard bed, construction right outside the windows, loose bathroom hooks, blinking lamps, TV that didn’t work and so on. It didn’t ruin our experience, but it’s the kind of things that make the difference :) We got a free upgrade when we arrived, which was nice. "

"It was so and so. The room was very cold upon arrival called the reception, they said they would send a technician right away. After some time and no technician i called again and was informed it was standard for all rooms that they are cooled. Complained that they did not call and inform me this, instead they let me wait for a technician some time. Then the technician came after I complained and turned the heating on. The location of the hotel is great. The staff needs more training they do not say hi or anything just look away. "
