"Great location and great hospitality"

"I really like this hotel, third time here and it is much better than staying downtown. The Heliopolis area is super nice."

"I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cairo. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and modern; robe and slippers, good water pressure, and tea and coffee for the mornings. I know people have mentioned it was a bit noisy but I didn’t think it was noisy, at all. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. 5 stars!"

"Nothing"

"Except for the Front Office Manager (Tamer?) in general poor service level and little understanding of hospitality. Plenty of staff speaking no or limited english and huge potential for training of staff !! Rooms (stayed in an Executive Room) pretty small and no non-smoking rooms available :-(((. Wake up guys, this is 2021 !!! Had a nice view to the Baron Palace, but unfortunately not enough to consider returning to this hotel. Simply insufficient value for money :-("

"The hotel so clean and safe I love the breakfast there to many stuff and fresh All the staff friendly and helpful The hotel so familiar I love it ❤️ Recommend choosing Paradise hotel"

"Terrible! It took hours to understand where the place was because it is like in a ghost building. I asked for the shampoo and the owner told me to use the soap."

"Property was good but they shutdown the elevators at night and people have to use the stairs to upper floors, carrying luggage sometimes. This needs to be addressed "

"Great property. Highly recommended "

"Don’t recommend it"
