"Clean room. Breakfast is delicious and well-stocked with 3-4 hot options and pancakes. Staff is very nice. Pool is not heated, but the Jacuzzi is nice."

"Everything thing about our stay was great from Check in to check out and the staff were all great!"

"Hotellets stand var fin ligesom rengøring af værelset og alle fællesområder var helt iorden. Der er gode senge og der en en lille stue med køkkenniche og fjernsyn. Der er et sort pæn udeareal med en stor lækker pool og udeservering - meget lækker.Hotellet er meget let at komme til, når man kommer udefra og det er let og tager kun 10 minutter til dejlige downtown Charleston. Personalet er helt i top og hotellet kan kraftigt anbefales."

"The staff was very hospitable. Would stay there again"

"Very close location to both airport and shopping (outlet as well), but not quite the usual Towneplace standard. You have to ask for things all the time (new towels at the pool, no more yoghurts at breakfast, keys stop working at the door every day, no more milk, coffee, you name it..). Not big things - I'll admit that - but things that normally are fixed in no time on other Towneplace hotels. Without you have to pinpoint it for the staff. And this is absolutely not a cheap hotel..."

"Room was clean and staff pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel would be a good hotel but it needs some renovation. There was a strange smell in the elevator and in our room. The seats covers in the dining room were peeling off."

"Easy to stay, closer to the airport and really nice staff"

"Horrible the hotel had no hot water when I was told my room would be comped. Nothing was done."

"Clean room and good stay while in Charleston. With a shuttle to the airport, very convenient."

"The room was clean with comfortable bed and good space in the king bed room. Quiet"

"For a one-night stay, it was convenient and felt safe. Low pet fee. Some issues with cleanliness in the room and the breakfast was pretty lacking. Friendly staff."

"Saw 2 bugs in the bathroom in the sink and on the counter upon entry, and saw another bug on the ground a few minutes later. There was a hair in the shower that was there when we arrived. People talking, making noises and shouting outside and people moving around in the room above all night long made it nearly impossible to sleeping. I wish I had found somewhere else to stay."
