"The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job...

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"The apartment was luxurious and spacious, very well equipped. The fridge in the kitchen even has an icemaker. The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel. The large balcony is where we spent most of our time in the apartment. There is a magnificient look over the sea. The pool is clean, large and has a dive board and a slide.
