Alt var bare i top. Dog er maden, behandlinger osv i den dyre ende. Pool områderne er dejlige og personalet er søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. "
"There was something wrong with the door to the room we had booked. We could not open it because it was coming off the hinges. The receptionist called maintenance who could not fix it. We ended up getting a superior room at the bay front as a free upgrade. The staff was very helpful."

We stayed in No. 10 and enjoyed the views of the canal from the terrace both morning and sunset. Use of bikes and kayaks is free of charge, and there is complimentary access to a local beach club with swimming pool. In short, Yacht Haven Marina provides very good value in the Florida Keys.

"Det er anden gang at vi har haft et ugelangt ophold på dette hotel. Reelt taler vi om hotellejligheder, hvor det er muligt selv at lave mad. Værelserne har terrasser til øst og vest således at man nemt kan følge solen stå op og ikke mindst gå ned, hvilket er en stor øjefryd.
Hotellet ligger tæt på en bar, hvor der er god mad, spændende drinks og masser af stemning"

Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about:
Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. This is expected in this structure of home.
Construction- the nearby construction noise was there but never bothered us and...
"Beautiful location and charming surroundings. We stayed 2 nights at the lodge and really enjoyed the location right on the water. The room was clean, but a little bit worn down. The breakfast is not very interesting."

"Very nice hotel, but pay attention to the additional fee that comes. I was not “sharp” enough and overlook these when I booked, including that the whole facility is smoke free, means you have to go all the way to the street to smoke and NO place inside the facility is allowed. I understand and respect that, but for me that is not a recommendation and is a downside that there are no room for that. For that price - I would have chosen and option with a “dark corner” where all the “outlaws” could stand and be ashamed 😁 Beside that good facility, in the high end of price."
