These short distances ensure a particularly pleasant stay, as you can quickly reach recreational activities, the beach, and all essential amenities on foot.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and features its own balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. Here you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air. An awning provides shade on warm days.

The living area has an open layout and includes a modern, open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. In addition, a coffee maker, a Senseo espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils are provided, so you can easily prepare your own meals. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for dining together.

You can relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa bed (180 cm wide) and in armchairs.
