"Levede helt op til forventninger. Vi skulle bare have en sted st sove. Ok med delte toiletfaciliteter og fint med bad osv. Hotellet ligger oerfekt i forhold til små indkøb, transport, og særligt at man kan tage tog direkte til og fra lufthavn. Super hyggeligt kvarter. Kommer gerne igen. "

"Room size is big enough for 4 peoples, very good view for the Ueno Park, the only disadvantage is the car park for hotel, there is height limit and our car can’t get in, you need to walk 10mints to the Ueno station car park, if there have a closer car park which coordinate with hotel will be better"

Hotel has a gym and laundry facilities. Our room was very nice with 270 deg view of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very responsive as well. Would highly recommend. "

Beds were comfortable, all appliances worked fine, and staff was always there to help with everything we needed (shoutout to Erin who helped us settle in after a 28-hour trip). Would 100% stay again"

The room was small and can get a little warm in the afternoon . I purchased the breakfast and it's a nice variety of food though my son liked the freshly baked/warmed bread.

Clean, friendly staff, close to the train and within walking distance of the main shopping and food streets in Ueno, laundry facilities on site (3 washing machines and 3 dryers), close to Lawson and Family Mart, close to the station for the Shinkansen and also for the metro and overall a great family experience!"
