"This home was a nice, quiet, and cozy place for our weekend stay in VB. The host was very easy to communicate with. Home is close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space. Only suggestions for the property is to provide dish towels for the kitchen. Overall.... great stay, no complaints. Thank you so much to this host for opening their home to us!"

"Property included lots of activities for families - shuffleboard, table tennis and indoor pool were our favorites. Everything was clean and stocked ( pots, extra bedding) and included free laundry machines! "

"This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us."

"The listing was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and accommodated our stay to our needs. We would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone. There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay. Hot water and good water pressure!"

"Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

"We are no strangers to the town of Beaufort and typically visit at least once a year. This trip was extra special as it included 4 generations of family staying under one roof for the first time. We all enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and swing, especially my grandparents who are in their late 80s. Since we were just a few blocks from Front Street, we indulged in some of our favorite Beafort hot spots: Beaufort Grocery, Dockhouse, Backstreet Pub, Moonrakers, No Name Pizza, Front Street...

"Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces."

"My wife and i just celebrated another anniversary in Carova Beach at this beautiful home. The home is in immaculate condition and has all the necessities for a great holiday. The beach is also clean and is perfect for sunning, walking, sandcastles, fishing. You absolutely need 4x4 to get there and that is another experience you will remember. The hot tub and grill, also very clean, and we're used each day. I didn't bring my kayak, but will next time. Lastly, the wild ponies are very cool. No...

"This Island House meets all expectations for anyone looking for a beach getaway including a couple, couples, or a family. The addition of bikes, kayaks, and everything needed for a day at the beach adds to the value. The house is an easy 5 mile drive or bike ride from the beach and the neighborhood is in an imminently walkable area of town. You will have plenty of walkable options for eating and sightseeing from this house."
