"Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop. Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good. Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here. Great for families too and supermarket and good restaurants nearby/ within walking...

"We had a wonderful stay at Citadines and would highly recommend this hotel. The facilities were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel very welcome. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A very special thank you goes to Diah, who welcomed us at the breakfast buffet every morning. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine...

"This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!"

"Great little boutique hotel. Great location, so close to everything in Canggu. All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever out of the way. Special shoutout to Elizabeth, Dwi and Hans. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend this property."

"Thank you so much for your kindness, care, and wonderful service during these past few days. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us. Everything has been so clean and beautifully maintained, and your hard work has made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable."

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location in city center."

"Absolutely spotless, lovely big room, fantastic rooftop pool, amazing staff. The downsides are: there's no soundproofing for the apartment door, so every person walking past in flip flops can be heard clipping past. We asked for towels to push under the door as we were by the stairs. There's no lift. So be prepared to walk up steep concrete stairs. The building is still very much under construction, so any room on one side is met at the window with scaffolding, very little natural light...

"Fantastisk service og personale- skønt sted og med egen lille pool og udekøkken. Stedet er lidt slidt udvendigt, men ligger perfekt og med dejlig ro for sjælen..... Vi bestemt gerne komme igen til denne perle. Lej en scooter og kom ud os se området.... mange smukke rismarker m.m."

"Our stay at the santai was wonderful. The Privacy of the villas are great , the staff is dedicated and take responsibility in ensuring the best possible stay for you as a guest. Restaurant provided great service and terrific food. The was a high level of flexibility provided to ensure we had everything as we wanted."
