"We enjoyed staying at the new place. We frequently come to visit Michigan City. Not a bad place, they are still trying to get their gears going. Rooms are looooong and good sized, but that makes the bathrooms a little smaller, to be expected for more room! We liked that! It would have been convenient if the laundry facilities were working during our stay. They were apparently full of quarters and they didn’t have access to a key to empty them. "We were in for 1 night-There was a concert in the park next door, and we were enjoying a weekend getaway. First off, from a communication and service standpoint, it was similar to an Air BNB-No front desk, no hotel staff on site that we saw. Not a problem, but it perhaps led to our major challenge with this property. The Hotel is 80% restaurant and bar with like 10-12 rooms. There is no structural separation. The restaurant and bar (Saturday) were absolutely PACKED all night. They had karaoke,...

"The room wales and ceilings have cracks and stains every where the plumbing is definitely horrible. The pool area has so many holes in the wales the floors have hole everywhere. The room was just plain out nasty never will stay here again. It used to be a very beautiful hotel but not anymore idk who took this place over but they definitely do not care about it bc this hotel is trashed now and destroyed everything is closed. I highly don’t recommend this place"
