"Beliggenhed serviceminded personale komfort "

"Rigtig god beliggenhed til hele byen. Service i top. Små fejl var der nogle af, men de blev rettet hurtigt og effektivt. En revne i et lagen af ældre dato blev hurtigt skiftet og som kompensation gav hotellet en dinner med vin i restauranten. Det var en virkelig god og smagsfuld oplevelse. Tak til køkken, tjenerstab og hotelledelse. Morgenmaden er perfekt. Stort udvalg og mulighed for at bestille æg i forskellige udgaver samt pandekager. Pool på toppen er ikke ret stor og ikke egnet til børn. Med lidt snilde og lidt mindre solsenge, kunne der sagtens blive plads til 5 senge mod de nuværende 3 og dermed give plads til flere."

"The hotel is wonderful - safe, clean, perfect service and in a beautiful, charming old building. A great luxury to stay in a hotel like this when you travel. It is located near the old restaurant area, close to the harbor front and the shopping area. "

"The service in the reception was very nice with friendly staff. Cleaning was nice and the perk of free mini bar was great although we didnt really use it. The restaurant was close to awful. We were promised 10% discount if we used the restaurant which we didnt receive and i only noticed when my recept was e-mailed to me. Thats one thing. But the staff in the restaurant really seemed to be tired of customers which was quite a Big surprise as the restaurant was by far the least populated on the sea side. On both occasions we wanted to buy more but our patience with the non-showing staff simply was ridiculous. "

"Great location in city center close to the water front. Breakfast uninteresting and we always had to wait for clean glasses/bowls. Biggest issue was light coming through the air vents and the airconditioner set to blow directly on the bed - which caused a bit of discomfort as it was necessary to keep going during the night for keeping the room cool."

"Dejligt hotel. Vi fik dog et værelse ud mod baggården. Det var en hæslig udsigt fra balkonen, som vi ikke brugte. Det stod det ikke noget om, da vi bookede. Ellers er hotellet super lækkert. Skønt sted og dejlig morgenmad. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme."
