"The receptionist Mark spit on my cards to try and activate it (idk why he thought that was appropriate). The house keepers don’t come in to replace the toilet paper or towels or change the trash cans. Food was okay and the elevator works well. AC was nice and fresh."

"The property was very nice and welcoming. When we walked in, everything smelled clean and fresh with no odors throughout the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the TV worked well, although I wish there were more local news channels available so guests could stay updated on what’s happening around Kansas City. "This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."

"Room. Bed was very uncomfortable like a hide a bed and the pillows were flat and not supportive. Bed linens were not secure and had to make the bed (fitted sheet) every morning. If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room."

"We really wanted to love our stay here but it was just miss after miss. At check in they could not find our reservation, despite having the email with our confirmation number. It took a manager and an additional 20 minutes of standing around to get checked in. The pool area is underwhelming. No actual swim up bar so you have to get out of the sickeningly hot water to order your $12 beer at the bar. They were understaffed while we were there and kept telling people the kitchen was extremely...

"My overall experience was good. However, when I checked and got to my original room, the room had not been cleaned. The second room I was given was clean, but there were lamps that didn’t work, one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, there was no hand soap, and there was no bedding for the pull out couch and on of the remotes didn’t work either. The breakfast was good, my kids enjoyed that, they also liked the pool."
