"This home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family of six. There were plenty of beds—enough to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably! The check-in process was seamless, and Derek was an excellent host, always quick to respond. The place matched the description exactly, and the thoughtful touch of snacks and water was much appreciated, especially by our kids. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to walk to Clifton Hill multiple times a day with ease. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfast okay and staff very friendly. Rooms around elevators are not isolated well enough, there is a high pitch ring/ding sound every time the elevator reaches 2’nd floor and at fourth floor there is also sounds from the elevator every time it is used. Inside the room you can hear all the sounds from the elevator and from people passing the doors in the hallway. Cleaning could be better. "
