"Spectacular location perched high above a reservoir, great views. Staff friendly and attentive. Possible activities include fishing, biking, visiting an adventure park, or just relaxing with great views. It's worth mentioning that Ragamaya is really quite remote (e.g. even Munnar is a one hour drive), hence one is reliant on motorized transportation/a guide provided by the resort to explore the region, relatively little can be done in the immediate vicinity and on foot."

There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, and the resort itself has many options to pass the time. But the best part was the team here. Very professional and helpful! The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. "Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could."
