"The place was so cute! I was impressed with fully stocked kitchen and the abundance of towels. Perfect for our family. The decks were such an added bonus.The great weather and the beginning of the change of foliage made for a perfect weekend. Would love to stay for a ski weekend. "Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! "

"This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

"This was the second time we’ve stayed here for a weekend while visiting family. It’s a great location, right in downtown Davis. The unit itself is small but clean and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but small, so I wouldn’t want to cook anything more than a fairly basic meal in it. Although the unit sleeps 4, I think it’s ideal for 2 people and more than that would be tight (the table seats 2 for example). We would have no hesitation in staying here again. "

"We were a group of 11 and stayed at the house for a long weekend. Enough space for everybody. House was very well equipped and we had a great time there. Location is good for skiing or exploring the surroundings and hiking. There is a charcoal grill but probably an addition of a gas grill will be nice. We had a great time at the house!"

We ended up backwards going down allegany mountain hitting the guardrail sliding all the way to bottom of the mountain backwards.
