With a surface area of 100 m² spread over two levels, this five-room villa has been designed for family comfort. The air-conditioned living/dining room opens onto a large picture window, offering constant sea views and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, making meal preparation easy. A laundry area on the lower level, with a washing machine, is particularly convenient for longer stays.

The sleeping area comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 4 bedrooms (only one of which is air-conditioned), most with direct access to the pool, ensuring privacy for everyone.

Bedroom 2 (Lower level): 140 cm double bed, direct access to the pool.

There is also a separate bathroom and WC. This layout, with multiple direct accesses to the pool, allows each family member to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces from the moment they wake up.

Set on a 1,000 m² terraced plot, the villa offers 60 m² of landscaped terraces with outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The private swimming pool (6 x 3 m), secured by an alarm, is perfect for relaxing afternoons. An outdoor shower is available for returning from the beach. A closed garage for two cars is also provided.
