"Pretty good location, almost anywhere I'd want to go in Nice was little more than a 30 minute walk away, with lots of good public transport for most others. Only issue with location is that I was frequently going to palais des expositions which doesn't have a direct route by public transport so walking was usually faster. I can't speak for the "student" aspect of the hotel as I used it just as a room for a few nights and never went to communal areas. But the room was clean with a good view and...

"Firstly let me make clear that the owner Jack is an excellent host, with efficient communications throughout our stay. He arranged a private transfer from Nice Airport and met us on arrival to help us find the apartment. Then he took us on an orientation walk around the immediate environs pointing out local bakeries, butchers etc, plus some good places for eating out. "This was the perfect apt right at the edge of old town and the public beach is a 4 minute walk. Beautiful view from the balcony (turn left ) and the apt was clean and comfortable . Air conditioning kept us cool.Our host met us, recommended things to do and made check in and out so easy. Even drove us to the airport when our Uber cancelled . We will be back !Merci !!"
