"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. "Located right off the highway, the hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was good - great variety of choices. Their pet fee is high; other chains charge 50.00 a night for a pet, while the Hampton is 75.00. Wish the pool had been open, but other than that it was a lovely stay. "

The towels were dirty, containing black hairs and a large glob of spit. Everything pointed to a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. When we addressed these concerns with the reception, the staff were rude and unhelpful, claiming to know nothing and saying they didn’t deal with the rooms. They also had no idea about...

The bathroom barn door doesn’t close all the way and if you were coming in from the hallway, you could see the person taking a shower. Staff should control the noise level made by guests at night. Guests were running up and down the hallway and slamming doors until after midnight."
