"Great stay, prime location."

"Sødt personale og fedt hotel"

"Great stay. Beautiful hotel."

"Excellent service with “wil do attitude”. Great location in central London. Great value from included chauffeur service. Wonderful afternoon tea, and kitchen very good a pastries/sweets. Not so good if you’re a smoker, as smoking with the homeless in the street is the only option (unless you’re booked in one of the 5 most expensive suites that has balconies)"

"Just wonderful!!"

"God beliggenhed, flotte faciliteter og hjælpsomt personale ⭐️"

"Clean rooms. Good aircondition."

"Ligger perfekt, flot restaurant- og bar/lounge områder."

"Beliggenheden var helt i top, vi brugte hotellet i forbindelse med en miniferie i London. Morgenmaden var god, dog kunne der godt være mangler i buffet grundet de mange gæster der skulle serviceres. Wc og bad var af glasdøre. Generelt en dyrt hotel i forhold til værelser m.m. "

"A time warp, really, like steeping back into the Regency era. Generally speaking the place was a tad dilapidated, theadbare, but that´s part of charm(sort of).Extremely nice staff, the only negative thing I can think of is, that the closed circuit wiring in our room wouldn´t have been out of place in a certain TV comedy series from the 1970s, starring John Cleese: the bed side lamps couldn´t be operated from the bed. The bank of switches for the whole room was/is absurd, you push one button and...

"The room was centrally located near Leicester Square lots of food around tons of attractions nearby making it easy to walk. We were able to cook and it had a refrigerator. Only concern would be summertime as there’s no air-conditioning."
