I did like that the outside door required a key card to enter the building. I did notice the dirty rugs in the hallway. Our room wasn’t cleaned throughly. I found chip pieces on the carpet and there were a couple of hairs in the tub. I did like the toiletries that were provided. Again I wanted to like the hotel because I can tell the owner is working on...

"My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel."

"Unique older building that shows it years, yet that is the point of an old building. Room was eclectic and very comfortable. Location was right among the downtown hubbub. Very walk-able."

"Booked room through Expedia online received confirmation room was available and got confirmation # Arrived only to find out that my room I booked was not available staff tells me happens all the time when booking through a 3rd party like it was no big deal .Put me in another cheaper room with 2 queens no balcony or view and tv didn’t work which they knew after I confronted the staff about it. No compensation on my room was offered!! Was not a good experience!!!"
