"My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel."

"I would like to file a formal complaint. Woke up this morning to an unusable backed up sink full of dirt and brown water. Had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. I complained to the front desk and they couldn’t do anything since we books thru you a third party. This is unacceptable. Very dissatisfied."

"The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar...

"The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar.
