"I'm glad I chose to stay in this unit than a Hotel in the City. A nice home away from home.
Bed and Pillows are comfortable. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean with beautiful Sandalwood bodywash.
Towels are lush quality. "

"Very clean, All utensils, etc you need, great bed, great pillows, great shower, vast bbq area.If I was to be very picky, only 2 things, no sugar for tea and bathroom basin doesnt allow enough room from mirror to wash face comfortably."

"This clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable. Bed and the bathroom were great. Our room included a large balcony.
Tea and Coffee were sparce, with two Coffee pods, and two tea bags, neither of which were normal tea.
If I was staying any more than one night I would need to buy Coffee and real milk. "

The staff were fantastic, but the site and rooms are tired and need some attention - re painting, new carpet and extra amenities like an additional soap for the shower and a blanket for cold nights and additional pillows for those that need more than one would have made things better. once simple things are done, it will be just a good as it ever was."

"Very nice experience - top floor room with a view of the city. Exceptional service from the front desk. Easy to get to with public transport. Lovely facilities with a restaurant, wine bar and pool ind the underground of the old prison.

"Nice contemporary newer interior, small terrace (could have been wiped clean) - got locked out of our room one evening due to door not working, but the reception did their best to get it sorted quickly. Collingwood is a very nice and cool area to stay in, different than the city centre, but only a 20 min. walk away"

"Very convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staff…just what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me. I think he liked having me close by too. The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel rooms, great location and generally good service. However, we had multiple bad experiences with the service at the breakfast buffet and the pool was poorly equipped with daybeds and places to chill. "
