"Everything about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott on City ave in Philadelphia was memorable. The bed was plush and very comfortable. The shower was perfect and the staff from check-in to check out was amazing and very helpful. Room was actually clean and the free parking is always worth the price of admission."

"Very nice staff"

"Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"We had the best 3 nights at this lovely B&B. The hosts, Ricky and Caesar, were impressively welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! We would love to come back to Philadelphia and stay at the Gables again. We highly recommend this B&B! /Nitai & Louise "

"It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!"

"Overall, impeccable accommodation with top tier amenities including a balcony, pool, fully equipped gym and sauna. I wish that our stay longer."

"A little to close to the highway for me but nice staff and close to historic area."

"The place esthetically is really nice, bathroom gorgeous and location great. Kitchen amenities require having to view pdfs that I personally I didn’t feel like reading."

"Really beautiful hotel in quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Market st. Spacious rooms, very thoughtfully decorated and very hospitable and friendly hosts. Loved it! My room was on 2nd floor and I'm glad I only brought an overnight bag, as I doubt I would have made the stairs with my big suitcase. Recommend the Dwight D to anyone. "

"If you are looking for a unique stay this is a great option. Not far from 5 stars. Rooms are very large more like a condo with a kitchen! Great location. Room looked over a park. Nice decor and cool building. Parking was not an issue for us we got a spot both nights (mid week) but not ideal if you have a big truck or SUV. The overflow parking at the casino would not have been a big deal if we had to use it. Appreciated the welcome snacks. Free breakfast was an unexpected bonus although mainly...

"Well equipped kitchen, great location, modern design, WiFi could use a bump, but could use my PlayStation Portable from the bedroom (requires low ping and 15 Mbit). Floors could use a good scrubbing. Maybe it’s because we Europeans normally take our shoes off indoors that I noticed. "
