Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

"Positives: 1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. Had to take off tank lid and manually adjust. 2) Bathtub had about 10 long black hairs. 3) Three out of four accent lights had burned out light bulbs. 4) In the morning, woke up to flying ants crawling on the bed. Opened the curtains and the window ledge was crawling with them and small ants."

I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning.
