The property was beautiful, very nice and clean. Check-in went smooth but was never told my room was amended from what I reserved. I was gave two double beds instead of a king. Went back down to see if they made a mistake and they said they didn't have any beds like I paid for. Next morning, while in shower, water goes off. Had to get one of the bottles waters in the room to rinse with. Asked the front desk worker why the water was off. He said shower busted and they had to shut water off. Said would be fixed in an hour if I'd like to stick around and shower. This was at 10:30 and check out was 11. I informed him of me using the bottle of water to rinse off the soap. He said, "we won't charge you." Upon leaving hotel, I watched a crew working on what appeared to be a water line. I was charged for the water and a parking fee. To be clear not a bad hotel, just a bad experience and no customer service offering any solutions to make it right.
