"Les Lofts Charest is in a great location - walkable to many places, including Old Town. Check-in/check-out was all contactless. The loft was well-stocked, but was missing some items that could have made for a more comfortable stay: a couple of laundry pods, some coffee for the coffee maker, a blanket for the couch, even a tray for toiletries in the shower. The worst part of our stay was finding a pair of someone else's underwear in the dryer - made us doubt how well the place had been cleaned...

"El departamento estâ bien arreglado pero está en un edificio viejo. Se suben unas escaleras muy angostas para cargar maletas. El baño está arriba y es incómodo estar subiendo. Para dos personas un baño está bien, pero si se ocupa la otra recámara para otras dos, me parece insuficiente un baño. La habitación de abajo tiene una puerta a un pasillo raro con basura en el suelo y siempre prendida la luz, rara esa parte. El sillón de la sala sucio, y le ponen una manta al parecer para cubrir lo sucio...

"The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. The walls were also very thin so we could hear the other guests very easily, but...

"Absolutely no value and atmosphere near property is below average"

"Located right in the middle of shopping, restaurant, bars, and nightclubs. Easy access to buses, bikes, and metro."

"Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms made it easy for 4 of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Very close to the Metro and to big sights like the Olympic Park, gardens, Insectarium, Biodome. Easy ride into Old Montreal, Museum of Art, etc. There is construction happening on the street in front, so getting an Uber was a bit challenging. And the noise from the workers and equipment starts very early in the morning. But...

"Le gite était tel que décrit et les avis que l'on peut lire au sujet du bruit venant de la rue sont exacts mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier l'appartement qui est de bonne dimension et bien situé."

"This is a barebones rental. It's clean (though the shower walls could use some attention), it's comfortable and it's safe. There are no luxuries or extras with this rental. Bring extra TP, a sponge and some paper towels with you. Also, be prepared for a very steep set of stairs. The owner was very responsive and we had zero issues while we were there. People who have stayed there have complained about noise. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday and it noise was not an issue for us at all."

"This rental was clean and in a good location for checking out the old city during a day trip. There are several great restaurants nearby, as well as bars and a good music scene. The place wasn't very cozy in terms of decor and vibes, but the bed was comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but there was a microwave and drip coffee maker. "

"We had a great stay! The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive over messages and happy to help with any questions. The location was also excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Would happily recommend!"
