Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. Transit is very close by (Sherbrooke Station is within five minutes and Berri-UQAM is about 10 minutes walking) and there are many restaurants in walking distance as well. Would highly recommend!"

As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. "Great spacious apartment, with a full kitchen. Area is also great, close to supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants. The old Quebec area is a bit of walk away, around 20mun. But for the price and comfort it is worth it."
