"We stayed at the Sheraton after an unexpected flight cancellation. The hotel was conveniently located at the airport and was a beautiful spot to stay for a night. We booked a room on the club floor and the club lounge provided a lovely breakfast. Every member of the hotel staff that we interacted with (front desk, guest services and bellhop) was highly professional and attentive to our needs. Overall, excellent experience!"

"Clean hotel close to the airport. Nice breakfast. Frequent shuttles to the airport.
The receptionists were nice and polite, but not accommodating: The hotel never replied our email, so I had little chance to find the right shuttle from the airport and my partner was not allowed to check in without me - eventhough I also had written the hotel aking them to.
Be aware: There are at least two Mariott hotels by the airport. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when I was in the city for medical appointments. They showed genuine concern for my wellness and ask if there was anything they good do to help while I stayed there alone. Made me feel looked after and taken care of. $30/night parking was a bit steep. Restaurants were convenient."

All staff was very friendly and there is only good to say about their attitude.
At check-in the staff was very confused, several misunderstadings e.g. They said that breakfast next day would close at 9am due construction - we hurried down next morning only to be told that breakfast in the weekend close at 10am.
The breakfast was a disaster - it took almost an hour before we got our food - friendly staff but very confused.
