Hytter i The Great Western Tiers

"Really helpful having the evening meals delivered and they were delicious, thank you. Cafe on site a bonus too. The cabin was well equipped, lovely throws and couldn’t have been snugger as temperatures dropped. BBQ area looked good but too tired to use it."

"Hotellets beliggenhed er virkelig skøn og jeg nød at gå morgentur på hotellets egen natursti, hvor jeg oplevede wallabies. Et minus er, at det var svært at sove, da køleskabet og udendørs ventilation larmede og jeg kunne høre naboen snorke!! Hvis du booker et værelse i to etager får du den bedste udsigt til regnskoven. Fik et værelse mod parkeringspladsen, hvor udsigten ikke er nær så god. "

"Absolutely beautiful clean country fresh - accommodation great and host very helpful"

"Absolut betagende Cradle Mountain. Betagende naturoplevelse. Meget dejligt sted. "

"This was by far our worst experience in Tasmania, and also in all of Australia. We booked a standard cabin for $250 per night, though I am not sure whose “standard” it meets, certainly not ours. While the price matched our 5-star hotel in Hobart, we had obviously lowered expectations knowing Cradle Mountain accommodation is expensive. We arrived to a completely cold cabin, with no sign it had been heated. It was also very dirty: hairs and dirt on the floor, and cookware and cutlery had not been...

"Ingen Internet i husene, kun langsomt Internet ved receptionen. OBS. Det er 2018!! Ingen særlig bekvemmelighed, heller ingen opvaskemaskine."

"Absolutely love the accommodation! Cute wooden cottage, spotless, full of character and a full kitchen to stay in and cook. Surrounded by nature we even saw a wallaby outside the balcony ❤️ highly recommended!"

"Excellent motel in the charming township of Sheffield. Close proximity to Cradle Mountain."

"Just an overnight. Really nice quiet place with helpful owner. Huge room and all in excellent condition. 8 min walk to the pub for dinner and the steam railway called Redwater Creek is only a little further away (check running days). Worth coming back."

"Absolutely a gem of a place - quiet, modern spotless, a great location and everything needed was provided - one in a thousand"

"I had sent 2 messages regarding breakfast at the cottage without reply. Cottage was very roomy, great beds too"

"Excellent spot to experience some snow! Off the grid living but had all the essentials. Nothing beats a wood heater in winter, room for kids to run around and play outside, 2 minutes walk to the lake."

"Our lovely hosts, Brent and Maria, took the time to meet with us in person and show us around their beautiful property. We loved the personal touch! They even left us a basket of goodies on the kitchen bench! Their home was immaculate, very spacious, modern and cosy and the beds were very comfortable."

"Amazing amazing amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The unique handcrafted house is delightful and the views are out of this world. Great location to do day trips to Cradle Mountain. Des is a great host and we hope one day we will be back. Thank you"

"Great place, lovely property"

"A lovely property with everything you could need."

"The home came with every requirement;every imaginable comfort. We saw the platypus in the dam! Had dinner in town, just a short drive away."
