"Overall way better than the other locations I booked in Toronto. Only thing that could be improved is housekeeping, they missed it on 1 day, maybe because we left early afternoon. On one of the other days, they forgot a towel, but the front desk brought one to us right away"

The first room we got had no cold water(water was way too hot for my skin), however thanks to the manager we were able to move rooms which we really appreciated and the handyman that has tried to help us with the issue. However in the second room, the AC was not working, and we did not receive room service that day and we needed to call the manager ourselves(thank you to them)."

"I called the property the evening before confirming my reservation. I was told that I would receive a email with instructions on how to access the property the following day. Coming up at 12:00 noon the next day, no information provided. I had to message the property who finally after 20 minutes of waiting sent the email. I had to carry my luggage down a long cement brick paved walkway. The pavers were loose and somewhat hazardous to walk on carrying luggage. The rear outside door had an entry...
