"Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...

The room was clean and comfortable if a little small, though the en-suite bathroom off an inside hallway didn’t have much heat and was freezing. "Dejligt hotel beliggende i hjertet af centrum. I gåafstand til restauranter, tøjforretninger, caféer og meget mere. Hotellet har en hyggelig bar og restaurant, hvor man også kan indtage morgenmad. Dejlige ture kan gås i området og langs med floden. Lancasters gamle Castle er bestemt et besøg værd. "

"Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend. "

"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"
