"Delightful managers and staff, ready and eager to help. The room (3) itself was beautiful and cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets smelled lovely. The shower was amazing, the bathroom gorgeous. The general decor of the room and bathroom were lovely. I would definitely stay here again! Unfortunately I didn’t have time (I was working) to sample the food, but I definitely will next time! If you have accessibility needs, let them know way ahead of time as most of the rooms are...

"Dejligt hotel beliggende i hjertet af centrum. I gåafstand til restauranter, tøjforretninger, caféer og meget mere. Hotellet har en hyggelig bar og restaurant, hvor man også kan indtage morgenmad. Dejlige ture kan gås i området og langs med floden. Lancasters gamle Castle er bestemt et besøg værd. "
