"The staff is lazy and unprofessional. 3 of us going to a wedding and the rooms we booked a month in advance weren’t ready at 3pm so were told to change for a wedding in the lobby bathroom and no timeframe of the room being available. No discount or pro rate no management making anything right"

"Staff was very helpful!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked in for a week stay for work, and right off the bat, the tv did not work, (I had to fix the direct tv myself), my room had not been cleaned, (had to go get my own towels at the front desk, and when I woke up the next morning, I had been bitten all over my back by "something". "Having two bathrooms available proved helpful as group of five since mornings ran smoother getting ready prior trips together."

"Exactly whar we expected. It was clean and everything in order.Had a great stay!"

"clean room"

"We were in the Safford area to engage in day hikes in the Aravaipa Canyon and Mt. Graham area. The hotel was great. The staff were extremely helpful. The dining options in Safford and Thatcher weren't great, but if you are travelling to the area for the hiking, it is hard to beat. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I’ll rent it again. Location is good with low traffic. Everything is in good condition and clean. It would be nice to have TV in both rooms. "

"The house was very nice and comfortable however, the street it was on was a little noisy at night and busier than I had thought it would be. It was a good location for exploring the area and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay."

"The house had a lot of character, fun place to stay. Our only concern was the walk way into the front door very dangerous- there was uneven brick and holes. especially unsafe for older people. Otherwise- such a great place."
