"This was my first stay at Moody Gardens. For what I needed, it sufficed. I was on a work trip and brought along my partner and daughter. While I was working, they enjoyed the amenities. They weren’t too impressed with the cafe food the first day, but the pizza and fries made up for it the 2nd day. My partner did develop a headache at one point and I went to the hotel store to get Tylenol. Many of their shelves were empty. Had to leave the hotel to stop by the nearby store for it. Just having the hotel, with all their activities and amenities available, was all we needed to make our decision.
