Superbly located Villa 4 mins walk to Moraira Center , Pla de Mar

Casa de las Rosas is a beautiful, and private, one-level villa in an exclusive Pla del Mar area of Moraira, very close to the town. One bedroom is contained within a separate guest suite, making it perfect for guests wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining privacy and independence. The main town and beach are just a few minutes walk away(4 mins to the town, 6 to the beach) so a car is not a necessity. The villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful road, which belies it’s position, being so close to such a fabulous choice of bars and restaurants. This is particularly valuable during the summer when parking in the town can be almost impossible. Taxis not required here either !

The villa layout is exceptional, everything is positioned perfectly for a very relaxing holiday. Surrounded by beautiful mature gardens on all sides, the villa sits in the middle and is very secluded. In its grounds, and very close to the main house is a separate guest suite. The guest suite consists of a twin, air conditioned bedroom, a open naya with kitchenette, & sitting area with sofa . Plus it has a large shower room with large walk in shower, toilet plus twin sinks. Described by past guests as ” a stroke of genius” the guest suite is a lovable feature of the property.

The main house has one superking bedroom with patio doors out to the side garden . It is situated right next to a shower room( not en suite) Fabulous new social kitchen with island . Beautifully laid out , really practical and very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer , microwave, air fryer & coffee maker.

The lounge is also air-conditioned and leads onto an open naya(covered dining area) This naya has lovely views of the lawn, gardens and swimming pool. It also has its own bar/serving area complete with drinks fridge & sink. To the side of this is a purpose built BBQ area with flatbed gas BBQ .The pool is a good size with roman steps

There is a shady car port behind an electrically operated up & over door. The villa is very secure and not visible from the road. This villa offers good privacy , more so than most other villas.

Also, as the villa is occupied by its owners for much of the year , it offers many more facilities and comforts.
