"Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

"All good. Steps up to front door awkward with luggage, would like a shelf in shower ( common problem with a lot of hotels), we stayed here twice pre and post cruise, our 2nd room had a smaller tv which didn't work as well, also would have liked a few items of cutlery in room as the kitchen area is often locked up. All small things, but we would happily stay again, thank you"

"Really nice host. God room and nice location"

"Dejligt rent og super service. Ikke længere væg fra midten af Rom end 5-7 stop med Trampen der holder ret tæt på,"

"The room was clean and well designed. I loved the balcony! We had a little trouble with the elevator but it was no problem as it was during business hours."

"Kan klart anbefale at book stedet når man er afsted med børn i alderen 5-10 år. Fedt med køkken og kæmpe altan. Dejlige værelser, moderne og lyst."

Everything you could possibly need is less than a one-minute...

"There is not any staff in sigth, but there is cameras in the reception. The owner will contact you daily by Whatsapp. With comercials for guided trips, restaurants and so on. If you forget to close the door in the reception, they will contact you. This kind of surveilance is quite unpleasent."

"Great place, location, comfort. All top notch."

"Indehaverne var så flinke, alt var fint og tilrettelagt så fint. Der blev fyldt jævnligt op på morgenmadsprodukter. Tæt på metro"

"merveilleux endroit, très bien situé, personnel super attentif au besoin des clients."

"Tudo muito perfeito!"

"The location was excellent for our 3 nights in Rome. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
