Villa Della Nave, in honor of the noble Florentine family Della Nave, is an Historical Villa also part of the Italian National Heritage. Built in the 18th century this residence is perfect for events and special occasions. The property with its 3 hectares extension, has a private botanical park and a farmhouse with pool.Ideal for families or large groups, Matilde is a spacious apartment with typical high ceilings and long corridors. The door opens up in a corridor with many doors. A very large bedroom is near the entrance, the next room is a bright and well- equipped kitchen and living room, perfect area for home cooked meals. You won't believe how cute and authentic is one of the two bathrooms (bathroom with shower), the second bedroom is on the opposite side of the corridor, with private bathroom with shower. Outside this residence a breathtaking view on the Tuscan hills overlooks the whole park and property. A large and green corridor descends down through the botanical park to the farmhouse and pool area. No need to say that you'll be captured by the beauty of this path: hidden sitting areas are dislocated into the park, and multiple stairways climb the hill until the top. Flowers, trees and birds singing will be accompanying you till the bottom of the hill, you will feel else where, you will not believe to be in such a beautiful place!
Any damage to the property or its contents will be covered with security deposit;If after check out the property is left in critical conditions, or if the house keepers/cleaners will identify and report a difficult or especially dirty premises during the final cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be charged from the security deposit (16€/ extra hour).
