"We arrived late October with low expectations. We were looking for a heated or indoor pool witch the pictures didn't show that well. We checked in at another hotel in the resort and service and welcome was great. Clean rooms. They forgot we came 4 people. but that was resolved immediately. The staff were very nice and smiling and we felt us welcome. The heated in and outdoor pools with 37 C were amazing with terma water. It is not a place with roller coasters and not meant to be. The hotels are a bit old, but a renovation takes place at the moment"

"We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. Nice Breakfast and friendly staff. "
