"This hotel was an absolute gem! Centrally located with fantastic access to the old town and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The facilities were amazing, with the pool right on our doorstep — perfect for cooling down and relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast was superb, with a fantastic selection from the buffet as well as freshly cooked options available on request. "This is the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Terceira and I’ve been visiting family there for 50+ years. The views are astounding, the salt water pool is clean and relaxing, the fellow guests are interesting and kind, and the staff are incredible. Diana and Tomas made us feel so welcome and were so helpful while we were there. The mattress and bathroom were so comfy and modern we felt comfortable and happy to spend nights in at times. "Our flight was cancelled last minute so we had to rebook and got to the island much later. He still met us at the gate at almost one in the morning to give us our room key and a tour of the place. The breakfasts were amazing and delivered right to the door. One morning we watched pods of dolphins from our patio. We absolutely loved staying here."

"This property is so lovely. A wonderful and interesting layout, with a really nice pool, a chapel and nice balconies. The morning breakfast is very nice, with a few hot options and lots of fruit, breads and cheeses to round out the choices. It was a nice walk down to the busier part of the area. The only tiny issue is that some of the rooms on the first floor have a musty smell, which we got use to but the second floor doesn’t seem to have the issue ( older parts I suppose vs newer). "Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and towels. We shared a triple room. Cleaning was not provided but they came into our room and turned off our A/C during the day. It was very hot and I had a medication that needed to not go above 80 degrees."
