"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). "The villa has an outstanding view of the sea, adding value at any time of the day, whether it’s a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The place is well-equipped with all necessary items, and everything is fully functional. Jean-Mark was very helpful, and we had great communication before and during our stay. "Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"Family and friends stayed at this most amazing house for a full week during the summer holidays. The house was offering a well equipt kitchen where we could prepare meals, cook as well as a gas-grill for barbeque - we loves it since we mainly was at the property, only leaving for groceries and bike rides.
