"The property is just a gorgeous as the pictures. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart. It’s as big as it looks and about a 15 minute walk to the water. Also has additional 100 parking fee and shared paid laundry. But very private, well maintained, beautiful property with great views of the island and the Gulf. "

The Sunset Grill on the property has good food and is a great place to watch the most incredible sunsets. Our stay in unit #402 was very enjoyable. I reread the instructions and the next paragraph (which I had not read) said to ignore the above instructions and go to the front desk. "We stayed just one night in Marco to visit with friends during spring break. The listing was exactly as pictured, and was in a great location! The only thing I would say is that the main bedroom is a little noisy at night, but, you're on a main road so that is to be expected and the rental company provided us complimentary ear plugs when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay!"
