"We brought 17 people to this beautiful location. The staff was an absolute delight. They were easy to work with. The concierge did all the leg work and responded to all my questions within 12 hours. The house is all that it says and more. The location is great in regards to getting around, I recommend golf carts for the short travels to the grocery and marina. I would definitely come back to this house!"

"Very pleased with property. We had stayed there in 2019 also. A couple disappointments, only four lounge chairs around pool. Pictures show 5. Two of them were pretty worn. We had 11 adults so four lounge chairs did not work well. Although the property had added beach chairs since our last visit so we used those around pool.Rita the chef was really special!!! Her good was outstanding! Also the landscaping was tired and not well kept. "

"The road up the hill is absolutely horrible even by Costa Rica standards. But the house is better than the photos. The only knock I can give it is one of the bedrooms is downstairs and you have to go up the outside stairs to reach the rest of the house and it doesn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The view is breathtaking and Silvia is an absolute sweetheart and does a great job. All in all I highly recommend it. "

"Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge. There’s some noise from the road, but we used WN to sleep, so didn’t really notice. The facilities are great, house had everything we needed. Would stay again."

"The property is very nicely laid out. Beautiful gardens and a very relaxing and Inviting pool. Igor was a great host, recommended a couple places to eat and they were delicious. The property is close to many restaurants and night life. But up the mountain and out of the way when you want to relax and disconnect. "

"We enjoyed a group trip with four families totaling 16 people. The views are amazing from the sun deck and every room in the house. The cook service was some of the most amazing food we had while we were in Costa Rica. I would recommend this property for anyone considering making the trip. One downfall is the steep drive to get to the house, so ensure you have the right transportation getting up to the house."

"The property and location was perfect for us and this was our 10th trip. We rented a golf cart in Flamingo and it was all we needed to get to restaurants/shopping. Erwin was there for everything we needed and keeps the grounds beautiful. The covered patio right on the beach is a huge plus.The only complaint we have is the master bed is very hard and uncomfortable and the pictures posted are mixed with all the units so it did not have the views/living room in the master like it shows but it was...

"Uneven rating. Road rough but this is Costa Rica. Beautiful view, pool, caretakers very nice. Balcony superb for am coffee and evening drinks. AC worked well. Beds comfy. Pool and house kept clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Downside- place needs better maintenance. Pool chairs ripped and missing while being fixed, refrigerator leaked and took 2 visits to fix, shower in Master does not all work and what did was feeble. Marks property was top notch and what was even better was the service levels from Fernando / Richard and the amazing cleaning lady.
